Job Description

We provides support to young adults 16+ and mature/elderly with Learning Disabilities, complex & clinical needs some of which include Dementia, Tracheostomy, PEG, Autism, Epilepsy, Alzheimer’s and many more health conditions.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant

Providing personal care duties
Administering medication
Manual handling, using equipment where required
Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
Out-reach and companionship
Live-in / Night Care
Domestic / Shopping Service

We are currently looking for Care Workers for weekday, evenings and weekends. Part time roles are a minimum of 16 hrs per week and must include either weekends, weekday evenings or a combination of both.
