Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of our IT training programs, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. A solid understanding of IT trends and training, combined with excellent sales and customer service skills, will be critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and drive sales of our IT training programs, utilizing both warm and cold leads.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, understand their training needs, and provide tailored IT training solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor in meeting their IT training and business goals.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our IT training programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies and campaigns for lead generation and increased brand visibility.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IT training to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, achieving key revenue and growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Continually enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Stay informed on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
